By accessing or using Learning With Data courses, newsletter, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Course License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access course content for your own educational use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publish course materials without explicit written permission.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day full refund for any course. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, code, written materials, and illustrations — is owned by Learning With Data or licensed accordingly. The code examples provided in courses may be used freely in your own projects.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our platform to distribute malware, conduct unauthorized data collection, impersonate instructors, or violate any applicable law. Accounts found in violation will be terminated without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Learning With Data is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to a claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
